Payment of Fee:
The applicant shall pay the prescribed Consent Fee along with Application for CFO under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 only.

No fee is prescribed for processing the application for Authorisation under Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016; Authorisation / Renewal under E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2016; Registration / Renewal under Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016; Authorisation / Renewal under Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016; and Authorisation / Renewal under Construction and Demolition Waste Management Rules, 2016.
